Visalia Feral Cat Coalition offers TNR Vouchers for getting feral/community cats spayed/neutered with a $30 copay. The cats need to be living on their own in order to qualify for the program and the ear will be tipped. To get voucher codes Click Here. We also loan traps, on a first come first serve basis.
We wish we could help all cats, but we are focused on feral/community cats. We don’t have the funds to pay for spaying and neutering non-feral/community cats. We are all volunteers and 100% donation dependent, so we are very limited on what we can do.
Our vouchers can be used at:

Yes, so helpful, un neutered males want to fight with other cats, but they mellow out so much when neutered, I have 2 males in my neighborhood that are now TNR and are sweet boys now and want some loves and come into our home for love
Have you ever noticed if they quit roaming? I had a cat who looked healthy (not too thin, friendly) show up to my house for months. I also had a stray female who was not spayed in my yard (since fixed) and I finally caught him as well and I saw him for the first 2 weeks. Now it’s going on 3 weeks I have not seen him 😭. He came for breakfast and dinner every couple of days. I just hope nothing happened to him. I even planned on just letting him stay here if he wanted to. I’m wondering if since he was fixed he no longer has desires to roaming far from home.
I’ve seen it over and over!
Thank you all for what you do! 😻❤️🥰😻

TNR doesn’t work what so ever.. It stops cats from multiplying sure..but that’s it… it doesn’t stop the real problem of domestic cats being an extremely invasive species that is solely responsible for the extinction of 60+ small species… Now tell me how TNR really works if it has not purpose besides to spay and neuter cats then send them back out on the streets to potentially get killed or to kill, catch a couple of diseases and spread them around, and pester and cause problems with other people and animals… Should we do this with dogs? TNR dogs just like we do cats? Would that actually solve the problem? Just try to sterilize them all and that’s the answer?… Interesting concept 🧐

I have many pregnant females, including kittens, and there have been about 5 males who fight and yowl nightly. I have ask for help in the last two months but have had no one come to help me. Wondering if you help people with feral cats in need of this kind of service. I am able to help with expenses but not able physically to trap them. elsacharshar@gmail.com
