VFCC is using this email to both announce the Event and solicit inquires from all interested in being considered for nomination to one of these positions. All of our Board Member positions and all of our Officer positions are open for elections. IN addition to our Board Members structure, the VFCC organization includes that following elected Officers that lead our nonprofit group: President Vice President Secretary Treasurer If you are interested in holding one of our elected Board Member positions, or one of our elected Officer Positions, please send an email to the email address listed belowstating the Board Member and/or Officer Position that you would like to be considered for through our election process. To be considered you MUST submit your interest statement email to the following email address by end of day January 2, 2019. Send interest statement email to elections@visaliaferalcatcoalition.org Our elections will be held at our next VFCC Monthly Board meeting on Jan 10, 2019. All members are welcome. REQUIREMENTS FOR DIRECTOR, BOARD AND GENERAL MEMBERSHIP GENERAL MEMBER • You must attend a minimum of 8 VFCC General Meetings per year to maintain membership. You must participate as a “Lead and/or “Support” in at least 2 VFCC projects and/or fundraising events per year to maintain General Member status. BOARD MEMBER • You must have been an elected VFCC General Member for a minimum of 1 year. • You must be in attendance at a minimum of 8 Board meetings during a 12 month period. You must “Lead” and/or “Support” in a minimum of 2 VFCC projects and/or fundraising events during a 12 month period to maintain Board status. BOARD DIRECTOR/OFFICER • You must have been a VFCC Board Member for a minimum of 1 year prior to be qualified to hold a Director/Officer position. • You must have acted as a “Lead” on at least 2 VFCC projects and/or fundraising events during the period of being an active Board Member. • You must attend at least 10 Board, Special, and/or General Meetings during a 12 month calendar year. Exceptions can be reviewed and determined on an as needed basis
