Trap Neuter Return

The primary focus of the Visalia Feral Cat Coalition is to provide food, shelter and education regarding feral cat sterilization utilizing the technique known as Trap Neuter Return (TNR), benefiting the cats and our community.

TNR Vouchers

Visalia Feral Cat Coalition offers TNR Vouchers for getting feral cats spayed/neutered with a $20 copay. The cats need to be feral in order to qualify for the program and the ear will be tipped. If you are trying to socialize the feral for rehoming purposes without a clipped ear the VOSPCA will charge their regular price and would require an appointment. To get voucher codes use our contact page. We also loan traps, on a first come first serve basis. Please consider buying your own traps as it may benefit your efforts if you have several cats. Traps are inexpensive and can be purchased at Tractor Supply in Tulare. The cost is $30 for a large and small trap combination.

We wish we could help all cats, but we are focused on feral cats. We just don’t have the funds to pay for spaying and neutering non feral cats. We are all volunteer and 100% donation dependent, so we are very limited on what we can do.
